We bring the balloons to your venue, install and style the décor, and place everything before guests arrive. If a design does not use one of our reusable structures, you may dispose of the balloons after the event—or add a professional teardown visit and we’ll return to remove them.

Clear starting prices

Browse first. Build the combination that fits.

A $180 décor minimum applies, plus applicable sales tax and travel. Centerpieces start at $50 each. Mylar or Starburst accents are available for $50 per column or $80 per full archway. Every 11-inch helium balloon includes Hi-Float: choose balloon + string only for $5 each, or arranged and styled balloons with ribbon and weights for $7 each. Custom work is welcome.

Choose the length you actually need.

On-site delivery, installation, and styling start at $220 for the first 7 feet, then $25 per additional foot. Grab & Go pickup starts at $180 for 7 feet, then $20 per additional foot. Add Mylar or Starburst balloons for $8 per foot of the full garland length.

Structures & teardown

Flexible for the venue. Clear for the invoice.

Our freestanding ring stand and three-sided frame give an organic garland a polished focal point when the venue does not have a suitable backdrop or usable wall space. Frame rental, setup, and styling are included in the listed rental price. Because the frames are reusable, a return equipment-removal visit is required. Applicable sales tax and travel are calculated separately.
